if i recall correctly tpl had 4million shares and i thought that the last report showed them with holdings of 800,000.....i may be wrong on this but this is my recollection.  and i believe the sale happened in the sony and divy time frame.

you may be right about ptsc/flowers......i realy dont know.....ptsc has done so little it is hard to figure out if they really have any plans at all.......teremoto
