Most of us have been disapointed in the reaction to such good events. We have all been through so much over the years and we all want this thing to react like we expect and make us some money. We keep clearing hurdles only to have another one placed in front of us. After this announcement nobody can acuse our CEO of Pumping the stock.

To me the USPTO review is a small hurdle almost a non issue unless the patent office is corupt. It is only our team including the inventer in the review.

The market will eventually come around when the dollars are known and we start seeing a stream of licenses without the discounts. The next few quarters are going to be very interesting and very telling in what all of us really have here.

PTSC now has enough money that it can puruse aquisitions or investments that can get us off this exchange. These are just the beginning times for this company and we need to be patient enough to let the wheels turn and work out the small chinks that remain. Remember at the end of the day ask yourself what do we have now. We won in Texas! We cleared the largest hurdle. We have millions in the bank, we have 31 companies licensed and hundreds left to pursue. This commpany never has looked so promising. Lets not give up on our dream now after all we have been through and as close as we are.

All the best,

Steve
