After a good sleep for a change, My thoughts:

1. TPL definitely prefers win/win and will give a little to attain this. There is absolutely no doubt about this.

2. PTO wins are really important to us. We don't need to be fighting with them for the next 6 or 8 months. Our patents have been validated by adversaries 29+5? times. What else is it going to take to convince these guys that our patents are valid????

3. We want our just rewards. Nothing more and nothing less.

4. Pubpat is an extremely dangerous foe. They can wreck havoc on the patent world. You get into a fight with them, you lose. Not just us but every company, IBM, J5, Intel, etc. Anyone with patents. You deal with them, you deal with devil. All with patents, must feel the threat of Pubpat because there goal is the destruction of the US Patent system.

5. Thanks Milestone for trying to answer my question on the millions we have earned and the taxes issue. No thanks to those, "my supposed friends" who blew me off. To hell with you then.

6. Everyday, PTSC gets stronger, without using steroids (R/S, other manipulations).

7. We must work hand and glove with TPL. They know this game. Jim Turley was spot on. All he can say is "too bad, so sad". I'm running this company in your best interests. We are in this for the longs not the shorts. We want investors here. Nothing else. No MM's,no Swartzies, no bashers. We are strong and we are getting stronger on a daily basis."

8. Acquisition, a good one, plus other signings will dramatically increase share price.

9. I will be surprised if anything positive occurs until after PTO. When that is behind us. We will be singing "Proud Mary" again, like it has never been sung before.
