I am going to cry because I did not feel Patriot confirmed TPL's Pr.   Waaa waaa.  Sell then.  Volume is up enough, that in a couple days or weeks people will happily take your shares off your hands. Then when the sp raiese you can complain about a class action law suit. 

Can anyone be happy that sp raised, along with volume, as we jumped the huge hurdle of this litigation?
