As we all expected PPS to explode or at least move consistently up today, there is no PR and amounts, etc and we won't probably know until April...obvious bummer. Well, could TPL/PTSC leverage the silence to get some fish to sign at a higher value? We simply just don't know how good settlement is. It may be good or to some insufficient. Anyway, maybe TPL/PTSC are just fine with nondisclosure for now because time is on their side.

Just a thought. Maybe someone else posted something liek this but way too may posts too read.
