I agree it's "carefully" worded, and implies something different than the typical license deal of the past, but my point was that this was a business transaction, between the parties that resolved the case, not a legal resolution through the courts.

We may see something more than a straight money for license deal, or we may see simply that, hard to tell until the financials are released.
