Microprocessor giants settle with Patriot Scientific NEC, Panasonic, and Toshiba settle patent case, while AMD and Intel still in court on unfair business practices suit.

That part made me give pause for a second until I kept reading.

At first glance a Newbie might think there was still an ongoing law suit over unfair business practices involving AMD and Intel, No?

I don't like the way this writer has worded this PR. Who gives these writers the information to print???
