Let's reflect. In 2006 AMD & Intel came through with a psuedo validation in the form of a purchase of the MMP.  PTSC in as much said. " We're happy they saw the light and others should follow." The shareholders ( us ) were happy and immediately considered it a done deal.

 Then the Market said, 'wait a second'...., "all that has happened doesn't amount to much without a Markman hearing and the omminous overhang of a trial". Not to mention the USPTO. The shares dropped , then dropped more. Shareholders grew disgruntled and 'started eating their young' as one poster put it.
  PTSC showed every confidence they had what was like " water to living things'. The market turned their heads and wished us all the best. A signing per month ensued with PTSC jumping briefly after each signing, followed by warrants raking in huge profits and leaving the shareholders wondering where would it all end. PTSC took care of the warrants and still the market seemed bent on the legal proceedings and the Markman. The Markman turned in our favor, the market shrugged and the warrants were stricken from the record by PTSC. Then PTSC bought shares at an average of .63 cents. (18 million of them.) Us shareholders were pleased, but the share price dwindled to .38 at one point and we seemed doomed. (Note: the above chronological order is a little askew, but essentially correct )
  Then a bolt of lightning. A Stay. The share price has risen ever since. Doubling in a little over a month. Signings accelerated.( 13  in little over 3 months.) Finally a settlement.
  Kudo's to PTSC. They never lied , as so often is the case with penny stocks. PTSC stayed the course. Their business model is exactly like that of the most prestigious companies that exist today. They've been about as professional as anyone could ask. Turley says he can't comment, nor can anyone from PTSC.  He needn't comment as the proof is in the pudding. We've made it through, PTSC has shined in the darkest of days.
  Let's leave PTSC alone. ( At least give them a breather ) They've produced what they set out to accomplish. I have every confidence they'll buy a 'money stream' for us and continue to have our best interests at heart, because it's in their best interests as well.

   6 months ago it seemed we were sitting ducks. Today, we're duck hunting. PTSC has done an excellent job.
