Patriot Scientific announced today they have finally reached a resolution with NEC Electronics America in two pending patent infringement lawsuits. Settlement terms include the grant by the TPL Group of rights under the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio to NEC Electronics Corporation and its subsidiaries. All parties are pleased with the business resolution.
