The cheap license fees are done.

The USPTO re-exam is only with our team.  The inventer Moore will probably be there plus the number of companies that have licensed gives PTSC a very strong position.

I believe the amount for the J2.5 was too large to pay in one lump sum.  So we have yearly payments and ongoing revenue.

Not releasing the numbers gives remaining companies to license no clue as to what amount was settled for and gives TPL a stronger position in negotiations.

Patience should be excersised give Turley and Hoffman a chance to show their stuff.  Relax the toughest part is behind us.
