Just talked to my broker who finally managed to get me a few more shares.

First his order for me was routed over to go thru Nasdac rather than over the counter.

Next there are constant temporary stops going on while traders swap large orders and everyone is locked out while this takes place. It also distorts the price because believe me you can't buy as cheap as they swap those trades.

If you bid it's guaranteed the ask will run away. I had to bid 4 cents over the offer just to get a few shares.
