I am hoping that Toshiba and Matsu's settlements are right around the corner and JT will then be able to release an all encompassing PR stating all litigation is dismissed as all have settled and licensed...  numbers being released I hope happens, but will not hold my breath.. will probably know to some degree with this upcoming Q filing, forward looking.. blah..blah...

With the wording of this TPL release.. this action does not surprise me.. it disappoints somewhat.. but does surprise me.. as many traders are taking profit.. more so than a Swartz affect IMO..
