I think we are back to that question of does the court need to OK the settlement details before the parties can move to dismiss. 

It is at the Court's sole discretion to grant an Order or not, however, if as beilieved, the original joint stay for 30 days was granted in order for settlement to be achieved, it becomes highly doubtful that, in the event of settlement, the Court would now deny any settlement arrangements.
