Is NEC going to the PTC?

Speculation 1: Toshiba and Matsushita settled, but NEC wants to to go trial.

Speculation 2: NEC settled already in the last 40 days - Toshiba/Matsushita join them now

Speculation 3: They were working through the whole weekend and someone forgot to write down NEC's name...;-)

Speculation 4: Now to something completely different...lol

Arggh, and I have to go to bed now...mammy, I want to stay up!
