This could be a tactical effort to hinder the hoard of day traders from a quick entry/exit.

I see it as protection for new, sincere PTSC investors.

Some day traders won't bother to call in for a buy order if for only a short play.

Someone with a long term, sincere interests will make the extra effort (call in) to place their buy/sell orders.

Also, we could see a trading halt.
