What to think

I use to think that we was heading for a settlement but I don't think that way any more.

Case in point. If we was settled then there wouldn't be any pre trial conference. UNLESS both parties get there and tell the judge that they are settled.

On the other hand If things ARE settled then only both parties know that. But if they are settle what are they waiting for?

The only people who deffinately know what is going on is the PTSC side and the J side. Just we did.
