As I have stated before, the brokers fix the price in the morning - as long there is no urgent demand for the stock, they decide the level of the "morning-start".

Thus always take a look at the volume, sometimes its zero (then it's the MM's fixed price) and sometimes it is very low, like now: Only 8,000 shares traded = the german market is - as always - waiting for the US.
