as I and many others have in the past.

A probational period for new posters (suggested 30 days), allow the new posters 1 post per day. Most likely any new poster (IMO) will be inquiring information, so there is no need for 10-20 post per day.

If by some chance the new poster has pertinent information or contribution, we (forum members) collectively can rate the poster and allow an exception for the 1 a day post. Or something like that.
