Don't forget PTSC's 2004 quote re litigation (below).

The more TPL holds out for a big settlement the more likely this goes to trial - IMO. So don't be disappointed if we go to trial. Though it'll take longer, it could be worth in "excess of several hunderd million"

PTSC 2004 quote:

"The initial filings are seeking damages in excess of several hundred million dollars, the company said."
