Curious, would like to see an answer from both you and Milestone.

If we settle, and I truly believe there will be a settlement announced soon, what would your perception be of certain settlement amounts, i.e. what dollar amount would make you believe that we truly are in a position of strength (no fear of KSR, USPTO ReExam, ACP, etc), vs. what dollar amount would have you concerned that our case was not a slam dunk in our favor?

I will put my thoughts out here:

IMO if we settle for less than $150M, than I would say our case was not a slam dunk.

IMO if we settle for more than $210M, than I would agree that we were definitely in a position of strength and that the above concerns were minimal at most.

Any settlement #'s in between $150-$210M and I don't have a clue. LOL All I can say is that I will be disappointed with settlement #'s below $150M, and extremely excited if we receive in excess of $210M.
