This is one point, which puzzles me since weeks.
Look at http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/newcases.txt and you'll find ALL Fujitsu companies as part of the case.

The same with NEC: all companies are listed.
Is this just a bureaucratic procedure to list every company, which was part of the case from the beginning (interesting then, why Sony is not mentioned anymore)?
