Swartz' warrants have all been converted to shares or repurchased.. some warrants may still exist.. held by the likes of TPL, or other investors but the number of these warrants would be near minimal. And yes they did increase the float.. it is what it is.. and we are where we are.. FYI PTSC has repurchased nearly 20 mil shares... If 390 shares outstanding is too much, I suggest to sit back and watch for a few months...
