As a licensing company, if Moore and Co. were to prevail in the ownership case and they and PTSC do not work together jointly going forward, do we/can we offer anything more to infringing companies looking to license only for the 336 reason? Would there be any adavantage to licensing with us rather than them or would it only come down to who can offer companies the better monitary terms?

Also,I do not know anything about the BOD and would like to hear a disscusion on them when you feel the time is right.
