Don't expect anything from the company today IMO.

My guess is, we will hear nothing before Tuesday. IMHO this stay is the last chance for the J3 to avoid trial ( I know, they can settle everyday until 1/8/08, but I doubt TPL is willing to let them, if they don't settle until Monday) and thus they'll need every minute until Monday night 23.59 pm.

AND: Though I also had some problems with the way the management was acting in the last year (most in public relations and marketing issues), THIS time I don't think they are free to to what they want.

It's a maximum high stake poker game and I'm sure they do not play with ten millions of dollars, but hundreds of millions of dollar (see my last post on this topic relating to an older pr from Patriot, where they announced this range of dollars - but BEFORE they joined TPL in the MMP).

Anyway: we can't change they way things happen, so we can relax...;-)
