I guess what I was trying to convey is that PTSC and TPL worked out their differences and became "partners" rather than to keep fighting each other. Better they got together in stead of letting  the patents go unchallenged for years and years while the two them argued. That is why I like the tpl group, DL. Somehow they get people to reason it out that together they can accomplish more. Just like their angle that if you sign first your put your competitors at a disadvantage and yourself way ahead in the game.
