I believe TPL is holding out for large numbers.  Why else would they keep announcing "early mover discounts" if these pain in the ***es drag this out for years (trying to invalidate our lifeline MMP) and still get a good deal?

If we are hoping for a dominoe effect of signings, we need a large settlement or a favorable judgement (IMO).  Otherwise, good luck collecting from anyone else other than nuisance fees (if we're lucky).

My confidence is in TPL.
