Let's get ready to rumble in TX.   I like our chances and I am willing to take the risk as the advantage should be with TPL and our gang of legal eagles.  If the J2.5 do not settle, the gloves come off and we are should be well prepared for a 12 round fight. 

Yep, we could fail.  A trial sets us up for an all or none bet from these guys.  However, a win should mean greased wheels for future licenses at a higher cost, IMO.  It's risk vs. reward and everyone will make their own call depending on their specific situation.

If we do not settle by Monday COB, IMO, a trial is on.  I'm in.
