Should Judge Ward grant stay and reset dates for PTC and Jury Trial, PTO's decision (favoring plaintiffs-most likely IMO) may be issued before the new PTC and Trial dates. Which in effect strengthens plaintiffs position in settlement or trial - they will now have a Markman Ruling & PTO decision in their favor....

Why on earth would Judge Ward reset any dates with the Pre-Trial Conference going ahead on December 18th? It has been suggested that the extra day was because a 7-day stay has been granted, then it's back to business as usual, with the trial in January, as listed.
