I cannot state without doubt on my own part that this will be done when they say it will be done. After 27.5 years in the Army, there are plenty of tentative times established. The time given me was about a month from the 27th of November. I picked the 24th based on this for settlement.

Conflicting information will continue to exist,IMO, as all are trying to piece together any kind of info.

I like the scenario SGE stated, with the abbreviated stay ending on the 17th and settlement thereafter with the trial conference moved to the 18th.

I probably have placed too much emphasis on the PTO even though that "Good Housekeeping" seal of approval is essential to the future. It is the only thing keeping Dutton below > $1.50.
