hummmm ... ok I think I understand - simple, it is not official yet and in order for the judge to sign he needs to understand the details of what is going on in the settlement (if there is one).  If i am totally off i trust you will let me know.

 

meanwhile, today looks to be a good day for some to take profits before round 2.
