Dec. 3 Sealed motion to stay by Js (no response from court)

Dec. 10 Joint sealed motion to stay (no response from court)

Dec. 11 Court pacer "a proceeding in this case has been continued as indicated:

previously scheduled Dec. 17 @ 1:30pm

continued Dec. 18, 2007 @ 2:30

Is it possible that the court ordered the pretrial conference date to be continued for any reason other than it was asked for in the sealed motion on Dec. 11?

Wouldn't the attorneys have included a "text of proposed order for this change of date" and if so, when it was signed, wouldn't we have then been able to see that it had been prepared for the court by the attorneys...just as previously done with other motions?
