I'm not answering for Ron, but considering what some (myself and Milestone, at minimum) have concluded (i.e., seven day Stay, ending the 17th), I wouldn't make any plans to be at a court proceding that, with any luck, won't actually happen. I'd make plans to have internet access to watch possible fireworks.
