I missed a lot yesterday after going to work and I still have not read all of the posts that I missed. However, I did read the new pacer from Wolf and the new pretrial date and agree with Milestone that the new date was set to allow the stay to run it's coarse=7 days. That could mean that they will take the full 7 days to settle or get it done sooner. I think that we would all like it sooner, but news should reach us BEFORE Christmas--what a wonderful present that would be! I am excited! GL, ads
