This 3rd, joint motion to stay, supercedes the 2nd motion from the Defendants and the attachment will be an order granting the stay, which just requires the judge's signature. The second attachment from the 2nd motion becomes moot by virtue of this newer(3rd)motion.

With the documents being sealed, I doubt any further details will be revealed at this point in time.
