Common stock held in treasury, at cost - 18,429,167 shares and 13,467,527 shares at August 31, 2007 and May 31, 2007, respectively (11,557,871 ) ( 8,832,078 ) .

Looks like the shares held are in the profit. Lets hope they bought alot more.
