I don't think the sealed Pacer requesting a stay would have anything to do with the PTO reexam. In what I have seen, it doesn't appear that other cases sealed the same type requests, so why should this case be any different.

Only my opinion based on my observation.

Reminds me of the story about churchill (I think) speaking with a lady about sleeping with him for a million dollars. When she felt insulted at his alternate suggestion of the samething for a dollar, thus implying her a prostitue. He said we have already established what you are maadam; we are now only bickering over a price.

I think we have established the J3 are thieves. We now are merely bickering over the price... and maybe a few other details.
