Your opinion is as good as anyone's, but I think it's quite obvious that this qtr (holidays) is their most profitable of the entire year (generally, 80% of sales occur in calendar 4th qtr), and it would probably be THE qtr to accept an expense, as it will be overwhelmed by the sales number. JMHO.
