The 1st stay was a joint motion, granted for 30 days

The 2nd stay was a motion by the Defendants which has yet to be decided.

The 3rd stay(today)was a joint motion, yet to be decided.

Today's joint motion supercedes the 2nd motion.

We are both speculating on the unknown, so take it easy, nothing I wrote in that post can hurt you or the selling price.

The above I know, I was merely correcting the notion that this was the 2nd request for a stay.
