Most of us should recall a very sudden 'spike' in the PPS back in late Oct. It was there for a brief few minutes @ $1.05. Everyone tapped the side of their computers figuring it was a glitch in the system or in their computer.

  It wasn't a 'glitch' and it wasn't the fault of your computer getting 'frozen'. That was a real price that I'm convinced we are headed to. What might make this really exciting is that I think that was a " Bottom " price.

  The exact same thing happened when I owned a boatload of shares for roughly a nickel. Sitting at my computer one day a 'spike' accurred to 18 cents. I tapped my computer and it stayed briefly ( minutes ) and was gone. It got me to thinking something was up and I bought  more. That 18 cent spike was soon history when the PPS went to $1.80, 18 cents X's 10. History does repeat and there's nothing to stop PTSC from getting to that $ 1.05 spike of a month and a half ago.

   That spike is going to be a 'Bottom ". IMO
