By the same token, there are likely a lot of buyers on the sideline until the litigation/settlement is cleared up.  New licenses may not entice them; they want to see the patents affirmed in court (Markman) and via a big settlement.  So, while there may be sellers, I would expect the interest from new buyers to more than offset that pressure.  JMHO.
