Look at "Minimum Bid Price" under the "Continued Listing" requirement. There are requirements for getting listed, and different requirements for a sustained listing.

Essentially, with a market cap of $1.5B, is that a SMALL captialization, or a LARGE capitalization? Hint: to qualify as Small Cap, the minimum requirement for a listing is only $50M, or about 1/30th of what our market cap would be at $4/share. In other words, with a market cap of $1.5B, we would inherently be regarded as a large cap. That, I believe, is the point Milestone was trying to make, and that you didn't get.

People are providing good info here, and you're not comprehending it IMO.
