Perhaps it's nothing.

Yesterday someone 'parked' alot of shares at closing and was rewarded with a new signing within 24 hours.  (NOTE: I am not implying prior knowledge.)

  Today someone bought a good chunk at closing again.  Normally people don't 'park' their money over a weekend without thinking it might have a good chance at minimum, of safety, or  because there's a better than even chance it blossoms by Mondays opening.

  There are some good thinkers ( investors ) out there who are seizing the trend of optimism.

  3 signings in a week. There's every reason for 'parking' in PTSC's lot. The " No Parking " sign has vanished.
