I'm very confident, that Monday's pacer and the silence since then are a good sign, first and foremost, when I take a look at the recent press releases:
"From Philips:
“Other developments we’re watching with interest include mounting pressure from retailers on product manufacturers to resolve patent infringement issues expeditiously and avoid major market disruptions that could result from injunction or ban on imports,
From Daewoo:
“Daewoo will benefit significantly by their decisive action to purchase an MMP License,”...“Daewoo joins a long and growing list of forward-thinking companies who have been agile enough to secure a significant jump on their competition.”
From WMS/alliacense:
“The recent increase in licensing activity supports TPL's view of the favorable Markman ruling issued earlier this summer, which has led a number of companies to move quickly to ensure that they and their customers are not encumbered by potential supply chain disruptions.”
From WMS/Patriot:
"The recent increase in licensing activity and this summer's favorable court ruling on our patents are both strong signals that companies should think ahead and move quickly.""
According to the word "quickly" in both press releases from Alliacense and Patriot, the time of uncertainty regarding the outcome of Texas is getting shorter and after the decision licence fees will increase rapidly.
And by the way, it's only four weeks until trial date...
I'm looking forward - GLTA!
