that he was going to acquire before the end of the year ...I know he said that it "could" happen by the end of the year (he said it in the mywallst.net interview - i think) BUT what is he going to PUBLICLY say ... "Its a slam dunk"? .. REMEMBER he said (not so long before that) that he was going to be couscous about how PTSC was going to spend the money ... but here we are with a big huge hole in our information and a 100,000 volume move at the end ... I think it is the most plausible reason to explain everything.
