The USPTO outcome more than anything - I would have to think the KSR ruling will even come into play in how the USPTO will re-analyze the remaining patents. Assuming they're as strong as Leckrone says they are (and the Markman ruling suggests) - and most important, assuming we've got this settlement locked away, the 10/1 would be welcome and would result in strong institutional interests.

I'd like to discuss LBAS either in the off-topic room (if this type of chat is allowed), or direct by email. I can't find a stock chat site tracking LBAS probably because it's a new issue.

I've done a small bit of legwork and have some good fron-end feelings about this stock...
