What if the Js are thinking, we showed no respect on Dec 7, 1941 so on this Dec 7 we will respect and honor your patents with a settlement.

Of course this probably has nothing to do with what is really going on. I just wanted to take the focus off of the idea that an announcement tomorrow might be in poor taste.

I think we all agree, doesn't matter what day .......just announce the settlement.
