Well if we see no prompt address to the motion for additional stay, I guess I will assume that means the sealed attachment was a settlement and they are just getting their agreement on prs. If judge Ward agrees to the stay, then they must have convinced him that they are just inches from the goal line. If the stay is rejected, I believe we see a motion for summary judgement.
