Correct me if I'm wrong, but if there is an imposed "quiet period" due to some type of settlement negotiations, that would NOT effect PTSC's other business actions or it's ability to comment on other aspects of their business.

 

There is NO legal requirement for a "quiet period" and license deals have been announced.
