Checks and balances? For "checks and balances" to be effective, at all, one must have access to and use factual information.

Head proclaims the HE is a source of checks and balances. This, while:

- ignoring many facts of the past,

- ignoring the known facts of the present,

- without acknowledging his not having a clue of the all the true facts of the present (which none of us have),

- making up his own "facts" of the present, and the past.

Yup, that's an effect check and balance! LOL
