Frustrations is one thing, but citing PTSC as the cause is another. It is not even TPL who is in charge at this point.... it is Townsend, Townsend and Crew. Some of you respond as though you have never been involved in a significant commercial lawsuit. This is serious business and it is crunch time right now --- TTC is calling the shots and yes the parties involved have their hands tied right now and are highly limited in what they can divulge. We have come this far, why blow it at the 11th hour?
